ShnDock 1.0.0: First official Windows release
ShnDock 1.0.0 is the first official Windows release. This version aligns the product display name, installer name, shortcuts, and official update source under ShnDock while preserving compatibility with existing 0.8 and 0.9 data, protocol handling, and user directories.
What changed
- The Windows installer name is now ShnDock-Setup-1.0.0.exe.
- The desktop shortcut, Start Menu entry, and window title consistently display ShnDock.
- Internal package name, appId, shndock protocol handling, and user data directory compatibility are preserved.
- The official update source remains
https://shndock.com/releases/latest.json. - The first release only directs users to the official download page for updates; it does not perform silent or forced updates.
- Installer directory selection, uninstall-with-data-retention defaults, full workspace backup, and report export remain available.
Download and platform status
The Windows x64 installer is currently available. macOS and Linux are not yet open for download and are not described as available on the website or in the client.
The current Windows installer is unsigned. If the operating system warns about an unknown publisher, verify that the source is shndock.com and compare the SHA256 shown on the download page.
Operating boundaries
ShnDock is a local-first desktop application for AI API testing and configuration management. It is not a model provider, API gateway, chat client, or cloud key-hosting platform. Test results are for diagnosis, comparison, and review, not billing or provider guarantees.
Update checks do not upload API keys, providers, prompts, Agent Skills, benchmark history, logs, local paths, or device identifiers. Exported benchmark reports do not include API keys.
